HELPFUL TIPS TO KEEP IN MIND BEFORE APPLYING FOR A PROPERTY

Applicants must earn three (3) times the monthly rent.
All adults (18 years of age or older) must complete separate applications. We will accept a co-signer, only if the co-signer is a parent or legal guardian of an applicant who is a student.
You will need a valid driver’s license or passport, ITIN/W7, your two (2) most recent pay stubs, social security card or proof of complete SS number on a pay stub/tax return.
There is a $100 NON-REFUNDABLE application fee per applicant. This fee covers a credit, criminal and civil report filing background check, rental references, and employment/rent verification.
