• Complete the application for each person over 18 years old who will be living on the property.
• Identification (Valid Driver’s License, Resident Card, Valid Passport).
• Social Security Card and/or W7.
• Last 3 months of income verification (pay stubs, checks), must earn 3 times the rental price.
• Last 3 months of bank statements.
• Last 24 months of rental history (Tenant’s name, Phone number, and email).
